Terms of Service
Last updated June 30, 2026
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Astra app and related services. By using Astra, you agree to these terms.
Using Astra
Astra is a personal assistant that works across the accounts you connect to help organize your day. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) and able to form a binding contract to use the service. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
Beta service
Astra is currently offered as a free public beta through TestFlight. Beta features are provided “as is,” may change or be discontinued, and may contain bugs. We appreciate your feedback as we improve the product.
Your accounts and connectors
When you connect a third-party account (such as email or calendar), you authorize Astra to access that data to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You must comply with the terms of those third-party services, and you can disconnect them at any time.
Astra proposes; you decide
Astra suggests actions — such as drafting a reply or recommending a change — but does not send messages or modify your accounts without your approval. You are responsible for reviewing suggestions before acting on them.
AI-generated content
Astra uses AI to generate summaries, suggestions, and insights. AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete and should not be relied upon as professional, legal, financial, or medical advice. Always verify important information before acting on it.
Acceptable use
- Don't use Astra for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.
- Don't attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
- Don't use Astra to violate the rights of others or applicable laws.
Intellectual property
The Astra app, including its software, design, and content we provide, is owned by Astra and protected by applicable laws. You retain ownership of your own content and data.
Termination
You may stop using Astra and delete your account at any time from within the app. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or to protect the service and its users.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Astra is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Astra after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
